Across the sky, birds.
On shady limbs of trees, birds.
Rest, then fly again.
The ocotillos are bright on the hills right now, tipped in red flowers. It's quite a sight. The average ocotillo is around ten or twelve feet high, just to give you an idea of the size.
The green bark belongs to the palo verde tree.
